摘要

改革开放以来的“英语热”引发了大中小学英语教育整体规划问题。在充分考虑地区、学校和个体差异以及各家观点的基础上,遵循“实事求是,逐级定位,逐层分流,因材施教”的原则,本研究所倡导的“语音-语篇-语感-语域”线性模式有望成为一种适应社会需求、尊重个体差异、以人为本、与时俱进的大、中、小学“一条龙”英语教育模式。

Abstract

As a result of the reform and opening-up policy since the late 1970s, a call for an overall planning of English education from elementary through secondary to collegiate level has always been around and triggered divided opinions. This paper, in response to this call, proposes a model of “Speech Sound, Source Text, Sense of English and Specialized Reorientation” to highlight different teaching and learning foci in English education at the three levels mentioned above, taking into full account differences in regions, schools and individuals and paying due attention to stratified reorientations to cater to personal interest and meet social demands for English communication.
