教师培训是促进教师职业发展的重要手段之一。针对高校外语教师培训和职业发展的关联度及培训理念、内容与课程设置、教师自主发展与职业规划等热点问题，笔者结合夏教授近年来所作的培训即场反思与反馈结果，对夏纪梅教授进行了访谈，希望唤起更多的社会关注以及教师的自主发展意识，提高教师培训的质量，有效地促进高校外语教师的职业发展。

Teacher training is one of the most important means of teachers' professional development. In order to see if there is connection between the two, the writer interviewed Prof. XIA Jimei, an authorized and professional EFL teacher trainer in China. The interview reflects some concern on the issues in the past teacher training design as well as some obstacles in teacher's awareness of autonomous development through some on-site reflective activities in the teacher training workshops designed and conducted by Prof. XIA in the past two years. The writer hopes that the quality of EFL teacher training can be improved so as to promote teachers' professional development more effectively in the future practice.
