循环模式视角下的大学英语听力教学行动研究探析

循环模式视角下的大学英语听力教学行动研究探析

A study on the action research of college English listening curriculum reform from the perspective of circulation theory

摘要

行动研究最早是由美国的Coller和Lewin提出来的一种应用于社会科学的研究模式。行动研究具有一线教师参与;强调合作;改变现状三大特点。本行动研究模式的建立参考了H.Altrichter行动与反思的循环理论,Lewin的螺旋式渐进循环模型,McDonough J.& McDonough S.以及施良方的行动研究循环模式。实施步骤包括:初步计划;用头脑风暴,问卷调查等方式发现问题,订立假设;制定行动方案,行动策略;实施行动方案;评估/反思;改进新方案;实施新方案;再改进等。该行动研究有效提高了听力教学效果和教师专业研究素养,成效显著。

Abstract

There are three characteristics of action research: 1) teachers’ participation; 2)cooperation; 3)problem-solving and situation-improving. The design of this action research framework is based on Altrichter’s action-reflection circulation theory, Lewin’s spiral model, McDonough & McDonough’s seven-step model as well as Shi’s five-step model. The action research achieves its targets by going through following stages: initial plan; brainstorming,questionnaires,hypothesis setting;action plan and strategies design;implementation; evaluation/reflection; action plan improvement; second-stage implementation; and final improvement.
