南京大学引入的“表象文化论”课程对日语语言文学专业学生的日本文学教育产生了一定的影响。本文结合学生对该课程的接受状况，包括授课过程中出现的问题，专业学习思路、方法等方面表现出的变化等，就文化素质教育与专业教育的关系问题展开了分析讨论。本文认为日本文学专业教育可以从“表象文化论”         这样的高水平文化素质课程中吸取精髓和养分，培养学生具备”世界文学“的宽广视野。并加强系统 批判能力等具体方法技能的训练 。

The “Culture and Representation  Course ”，imported  from  Tokyo  University ，has  a  significant  influence  on  the teaching  of Japanese literature at Nanjing University． Based on the Chinese students ’acceptance of this course ，the problems the teachers encounter in their teaching ，and the changes in the learning methods and teaching objects ，this paper discusses the rela- tionship between quality-oriented education and knowledge-oriented education and points out that the teaching of Japanese litera- ture can benefit from the  “Culture and Representation ”course and broaden the students ’horizons ，train their ability to criticize ， and upgrade their  skills in comprehension and analysis．
