摘要

使用 E-Prime 编程的“在线语法判断任务” 考察了 30 名中国和 30 名丹麦 EFL 学习者对英语非习语高频程式语的认知加工,研究结果从二语视角支持了“整体表征” 假说。主要发现有: ( 1) 与本族语者一样,中国和丹麦 EFL 学习者皆对程式语具有加工优势。( 2) 中丹平行组中,二语与母语越接近及需求驱动越强,二语学习者的加工速度越快,准确率也越高。( 3) 加工从高频到低频语块的速度呈现由快到慢的连续体模式,体现了频数效应。

Abstract

The present study employs “online grammaticality judgment task”on E-Prime programme to investigate the cognitive processing of second language high frequency non-idiomatic formulaic sequences on 30 Chinese and 30 Danish EFL learners. The findings of both groups support the holistic hypothesis of formulaic sequences. It was found: ( 1) Second language learners in the Chinese and Danish EFL contexts also have the processing advantages of English formulas as natives. ( 2) Data from Chinese and Danish parallel groups indicate that when L1 is closer to L2 and the needs for communication in L2 is stronger, the reaction time of L2 is faster and the correct rate is higher. ( 3) From high frequency to low frequency of the stimuli, the reaction time form a continuum from fast to slow, providing evidences for frequency effect.
