在中国文化走出去的战略实施过程中， 中华文化典籍的对外译介与传播具有特殊的重要性。《大中华文库》 作为实施“中国文化外译” 国家宏观文化战略的重大译介工程， 受到译学界的高度关注。论文针对译学界对该工程的某些质疑，就《大中华文库》 对外译介工程的重要意义与多重价值进行了探讨，进而结合《大中华文库》 的译介与推广，就中华典籍的对外译介与传播提出了若干建议。

Translation and dissemination of Chinese classics is of special significance in the implementing process of the “Going Out”strategy． As a great translation project in implementing the national macro culture strategy “Chinese Culture Translation” ， “Library of Chinese Classics”receives particular in the field of translation． This thesis focuses on some of the questions from the field of translation， and discusses the significance and multi-values of “Library of Chinese Classics”on translation projects． With the translation and popularization of “Library of Chinese Classics” ， this thesis proposes several suggestions on translation and dissemination of Chinese classics．
