摘要

学术能力评议是教师职称评审的重要环节,主要指对以学术论文、课题等形式为代表的科研成果进行质和量的评价。基于对上海市部分高校中级及以下职称外语教师学术论文的文献计量分析,对外语学科教师科研的现状及存在的主要问题进行了梳理。在此基础上,围绕科研评价导向、评价标准、评价方法及科研成果表现形式等维度,对高校外语教师职称评审中的学术能力评议环节提出改进建议,使其在引导教师提升科研质量,促进教师专业发展方面发挥更为积极的作用。

Abstract

 As a key step of professional title appraisal for teachers in colleges and universities, academic appraisals make quantity and quality assessments on teachers’ academic researches. On the basis of the bibliometric analysis on research papers of lectures and teaching assistants, the status-quo and main problems of foreign language teachers’ research are discussed. What’s more, specific suggestions concerning academic appraisal values, criteria and methods are made to improve the academic appraisal, which will further promote the academic development of foreign language teachers.
