摘要

教学专长研究对外语教师教育具有理论与实践意义,有助于厘清外语教师教学专长的特征与构成,明确其发展机制,并总结促进该专长发展的实践策略,为外语教师个体成为专家开辟可行路径。基于多个专业领域专长研究的成果,本文从多维视角梳理了教学专长概念内涵的衍变及相关研究方法,并讨论了教学专长研究对我国外语教师教育研究与实践的启示。

Abstract

Studies of expertise in teaching could shed important light on foreign language teacher education by clarifying its characteristics and structure, identifying the learning mechanisms that mediate the development of such expertise, and also synthesizing practical strategies to promote its development. This paper traces the evolution of conceptions of expertise in teaching from multiple perspectives, discusses the relevant research methods, and concludes with implications for foreign language teacher education research and practice.
