摘要
高校外语教师发展存在诸多问题,本文分析教师发展的制约或阻滞因素,讨论高校外语教师发展的促进方式与途径,即:在学科建设中提升教师的科研能力,在课程建设中提升教师的教学能力,在现代信息技术与外语教学深度融合中提升教师的外语教育技术能力,以及构建外语教师学术共同体。外语教师要自觉努力,采取实际行动,促进专业发展、教学发展、个人发展和组织发展。
Abstract
University foreign language teachers encounter difficulties in faculty development. This paper examines various hindering factors, and discusses possible ways of facilitating faculty development, including enhancing research ability through the discipline construction, improving teaching ability through the course construction, fostering educational technology ability through the deep integration of IT with teaching, and building the academic community. It is proposed that foreign language teachers should take proactive actions to achieve their professional, instructional, personal and organizational development.
