近年来“语言翻译”大踏步进入国家战略及政策层面。翻译研究“为政策发现问题”和“助推国家战略”的价值功能凸显，并成为一个新的趋向，集中发生在两个大的方面：（一）公共领域外文使用管理问题，其政策价值在于为政府管理描写“存在何种问题”以及“问题存在的范围”；（二）本土文化资源外译问题，其政策和战略价值在于论证“源文本→外译过程→目标文本”三个环节上的政策选择，助推我国文化资源在世界范围内的地位和声望规划。本文通过“政策”和“战略”两个视点综述上述两方面的研究，并在综述的过程中呈现“翻译政策研究”这一翻译学领域新动向及其研究的范围、目标和价值。

 Translation is playing an increasingly important role with China's strategic objectives in recent years. Consequently, translation studies in China are found on the threshold of “translation and language policy studies (TLPS).” To outline and observe this new field, the present paper summarizes 185 TLPS articles published in 2015, and concludes that the value of this new field will be realized and recognized for its capability to inform both governmental administrative decisions and strategic cultural initiatives.
