摘要
本文以Chen&Starosta (2000)基于美国文化背景研发的跨文化敏感度量表为基础,对我国1200名大学生进行问卷调查,并通过探索性和验证性因子分析,初步构建了一份具有较好结构效度和信度的中国跨文化敏感度量表, 包含开放度、移情度、交际信心和差异尊重四项因子。与美国五因子(即交际参与度、差异尊重度、交际信心、交际愉悦感、交际专注度)量表的不同之处在于:增加了开放度因子,交际参与度和交际专注度合成移情度因子,交际愉悦感因子被删除。
Abstract
This study, by surveying 1200 Chinese university students with Intercultural Sensitivity Scale (ISS) made by Chen & Starosta(2000), tentatively develops a Chinese localized version with good construct validity and reliability through EFA, CFA and Cronbach ( test. The difference between American ISS (including 24 items and five factors, namely, “Interaction Engagement”, “Respect for Cultural Differences”, “Interaction Confidence”, “Interaction Enjoyment” , “Interaction Attentiveness” )and Chinese ISS (including 20 items and four factors, namely, “Open-mindedness”, “Empathy”, “Interaction Confidence”, “Respect for Cultural Difference”) lies in: “Open-mindedness” factor is newly added, “Interaction Engagement” factor and “Interaction Attentiveness” factor merged into “Empathy” factor and “Interaction Enjoyment” factor deleted.
