摘要

本文运用概念整合理论对《唐诗三百首》中的通感隐喻进行探究。研究结果表明:1) 通感隐喻本质上是 不同感觉域之间概念整合的结果;2) 英汉通感隐喻中感官形式迁移的整体趋势大致相同,即从低级感官向高级感官迁移,但感官迁移频数存在差异;3) 温度觉是最大的始源域,视觉和听觉是最大的目标域;4) 诗人倾向使用温度觉中的“寒”“凉”“冷”和味觉的“苦”表达内心的悲伤、孤寂等情感,把情感的倾诉寄托于诗行之中。

Abstract

This paper explores the synaesthetic metaphors in the Three Hundred Poems of the Tang Dynasty by using the Conceptual Blending Theory. The result shows that, firstly, synaesthetic metaphors is essentially the result of the conceptual integration among different sensory domains; Secondly, the overall trend of sensory transferring of synaesthetic metaphors between English and Chinese is similar, that is, from the lower senses to the higher ones, but the transferring frequency of each sense is different; Thirdly, temperature is the largest source domain while visual and auditory are the largest target domains; Fourthly, poets tend to use “han” (chilly), “liang” (cool) and “leng” (coldness) in the temperature domain and “ku” (bitterness) in the taste domain to express their inner feelings such as sadness, loneliness and depression in their poems.
