大学英语教改转型期的政策研究——以《上海市大学英语教学参考框架》为例
The Issues of A Framework of Reference for ELT Teaching at Tertiary Level in Shanghai (Trial Implementation) in the Execution
This study is on the issues of A Framework of Reference for ELT Teaching at Tertiary Level in Shanghai (Trial Implementation) in the execution. A relative survey is made in four universities of Shanghai. The survey research on Framework is made on the following aspects: curriculum setting, teaching assessment, teaching material development, teacher training and teacher believes. A series of issues have been found in the above 5 aspects and suggested resolutions have been discussed. The suggestions include: academic English teaching index system and evaluation system should be replenished; academic English teaching output indicators should be clarified; the editing criteria of teaching materials should be improved; the standard of academic English teaching activity design should be made clearer; the teaching methods and means for EAP should be defined.
