随着新时期经济的发展和文化的进步，社会对高层次翻译人才的需求越来越强烈。本科翻译专业（BTI）自2006年设立以来，培养了大量的学生。在人才培养中，如何培养具有良好的道德操守和正确翻译观的学生，是各培养单位急需解决的问题。本文立足于BTI学生理论素质培养，针对当前出现的对翻译理论的轻视、翻译专业师资的缺乏以及课程设置的现实困难，提出应重视翻译及相关理论、强化专业师资队伍并建立合适的课程体系。

 Due to economic development and cultural improvement in the new era, China demands more high-level professional translators and interpreters. Since the establishment of BTI in 2006, a large number of students were trained. Universities are puzzled in training students with good moral integrity and correct translation views. Based on training theoretical attainments of BTI students, this paper suggests that universities should take translation theories and relevant theories seriously, enhance translation faculties, and establish proper curriculum systems.
