摘要
本研究采用叙事探究的方法,借助活动理论剖析了一名优秀高中英语教师的教学故事,挖掘其实践性知识的生成过程。本研究发现教师实践性知识的发展是一个由内部矛盾驱动的拓展学习过程,充满着各种矛盾、张力的较量。基于矛盾的反思性实践和教师强烈的主动发展意识是教师实践性知识发展的重要影响因素,但是教师对学生的爱是教师实践性知识发展的根源。本研究表明教师教育应触及教师的自我经历及其教学环境的核心问题。
Abstract
Taking the approach of narrative inquiry, this study detected an excellent high school EFL teacher’s teaching stories and examined the development of her practical knowledge with the lens of activity theory. This study found that the development of the teacher’s practical knowledge is a process of expansive learning driven by internal contradictions, full of various contradictions and tensions. The reflexive practice based on contradictions and the teacher’s strong agentive intention of development are the major factors toward the development of teacher practical knowledge, but the teacher’s love towards students is the source of teacher practical knowledge development. This study indicates that teacher education needs to touch teachers’ own experiences and the essential issues of teaching environments.
