摘要: 高校翻译专业人才培养应根据翻译市场现状,依托市场的巨量需求与多元要求,探索实践型翻译教学模式,切实提高毕业生的实际翻译能力,这是人才培养的关键。本文着重探讨 “实习式”翻译实践教学培养模式,即学生在课外参与教师承接的企业翻译实务,开展研究与实践相结合的翻译课题申报,以翻译社团形式参与社会翻译服务及当地翻译公司的翻译业务,或参加暑期社会翻译实践活动等实践教学培养方式,从而使学生的各项翻译能力得以显著提高。

Abstract: Based on the huge demanments of the translation market, a practical “hands-on” translation learning mode is vital to the training of translation talents in universities and the key to improving the graduates’ actual translating competence. This paper focuses on a "hands-on" Approach to translation and teaching, that is the translation practice program carried out outside class by participating in translation tasks offered by local enterprises, the university’s translation club and the local translation companies. Furthermore, students can also conduct independent academic research and translation projects combined with the local economic development and take part in social practice for translation in summer vacation. Therefore students’ translation ability can be improved significantly.
