Compared with the rapid development of research on Community Interpreting in western countries, less attention and research has been given to Community Interpreting in China in recent years. The author establishes a bibliography database consisting of 1426 items and uses bibliometric methods to analyze the development and features of Community Interpreting in western countries in the past four decades and its trend in future. The research aims to provide possible reference to future in-depth and specific research on Community Interpreting in China.
