Translation and dissemination of Chinese classics is of special significance in the implementing process of the “Going Out”strategy． As a great translation project in implementing the national macro culture strategy “Chinese Culture Translation” ， “Library of Chinese Classics”receives particular in the field of translation． This thesis focuses on some of the questions from the field of translation， and discusses the significance and multi-values of “Library of Chinese Classics”on translation projects． With the translation and popularization of “Library of Chinese Classics” ， this thesis proposes several suggestions on translation and dissemination of Chinese classics．
