The particularity of language of translated text has long been concerned about, but its structural components have not yet been fully studied. Based on the analysis of a lot of translation facts, this paper reveals the structural components and cultural attribute of the language of translated text. As a universal phenomenon of translation, the language of translated text consists of language transferred from SL (source language), culturally marked TL (target language) and culturally unmarked TL, which in isolation from each other or in combination exist even at the sentence level. From the perspective of culture, the language transferred from SL highlights the culture of SL, and the culturally marked TL highlights the target culture. Their co-occurrence and intermingling make the language of translated text obtain double cultural attribute called cultural creolization.
