摘要

任务型“拉—推”机制主要发生在专业学习共同体集体领导小组与成员之间,体现在情感和认知两个方面。 本研究选择一所高校跨院系多语种教师专业学习共同体中的12位多语种教师作为研究参与者, 采用田野观察、访谈、研究日志、会议纪要和文件等多种质性数据,探讨研究参与者对任务型“拉—推”机制的自我感知。 研究发现,任务型“拉—推”机制得到12 位研究参与者的积极支持和全面肯定。

Abstract

A task-based pull-push mechanism exists among the collective leadership of a professional learning community(PLC)and its members, and functions along emotional and cognitive dimensions. Twelve teachers instructing different languages from one inter-departmental PLC at one university were selected as research participants. Based on the qualitative data from field observation, interviews, research journals, conference memos and documents, this qualitative study investigated the community members self-perceived understanding of the task-based pull-push mechanism. The findings indicate that the mechanism is fully supported and positively evaluated by all the participants.
