做好国际传播，提升国际传播能力是当前国家发展的战略需求和哲学社会科学的研究热点，而 对外翻译是国际传播能力建设中不可或缺的组成部分。本文基于对外翻译的政治自利性、跨文化性以及跨境 对话属性，论述其跨学科理论基础、运作机制、应用场域，以推动对外翻译在理论层面的深入发展，助力国际传 播视野下对外翻译的实践拓展。

Doing international communication and enhancing the capacity of doing international communication are the current needs of national development and the corresponding research becomes a burning issue in philosophy and social sciences in China. Outward translation is an indispensable component of building international communication capacity. Based on the exploration of the attributes of outward translation, namely the attributes of political self-interest, intercultural and cross-border communication, this paper discusses the interdisciplinary theoretical foundation, operation mechanism and application fields of outward translation, so as to promote an in-depth development of outward translation at the theoretical level and help expand the practice in the backdrop of international communication.
